Permanent Lighting Connectors
Two connectors handle the branching a real roofline demands. The Y Connector splits one line into two, so a single feed can serve both directions from a corner or carry a second gable. The T Connector tees into a run — the standard way to bring a power-injection feed into the middle of a long line without cutting it.
Between them, most layouts are covered: Ys where the run divides, Ts where fresh power comes in.
How installers choose
- Plan branches at the drawing stage — Count corners, gables and injection points on the plan — each is usually one connector.
- Pair Ts with extensions — A power-injection feed is typically a long extension from the power supply into a T connector mid-run.
